Giving Back
Edgewood Companies has contributed over $1.5 million over the past decade to numerous nonprofit organizations. Annually, Edgewood Companies hosts various fundraisers at the Edgewood Tahoe clubhouse and golf tournaments to help local non-profits raise valuable funds for their operations. Local organizations that we assist include the Boys and Girls Club, Soroptimists, St. Galls Catholic Church, China Springs, the University of Nevada Reno, South Tahoe High School, and Whittel High School to name a few. Each year, Edgewood Companies hosts its Holiday Giving Campaign to benefit local nonprofits serving the South Lake Tahoe region. In 2010, Edgewood Companies selected 13 nonprofits as recipients of donations. Associated with the purchase of the C+M Lodge in South Lake Tahoe, Edgewood Companies made substantial donations of fixtures, furniture and equipment to local non-profit organizations in need. Recipients included: Tahoe Turning Point, Tahoe Women's Center, Tahoe Youth & Family Services & Friends in Service Helping.
